We all face unexpected moments in life that shake us. In those times, we may not know what we’re looking for, or where we want to go next. We can become stuck in cycles of overthinking and indecision, and just need some guidance to get us back on track. I help clients identify their values and beliefs, support them in living a life in line with their goals, and guide them in making the decisions that get them there.
I see therapy as a collaborative and flexible process and create a present, direct, and compassionate space for you to be truly heard and move toward meaningful resolution. My focus is on softening some of life’s difficult moments while remaining deeply committed to your therapeutic journey. Together, we’ll transform conflict into connection, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing sexual intimacy challenges, relationship dynamics, grief, and parenting transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA and neurodivergent clients, emerging adults, and college students. My goal is to help clients build confidence in decision-making and cultivate long-term, fulfilling connections.

My favorite thing to do is hike to see the ocean. There’s something incredibly grounding and peaceful about being surrounded by nature, feeling the fresh air, and finally catching that stunning view of the water. It’s a time when I can slow down, reflect, and recharge.
