Martin has been in practice for almost 10 years. He has worked with clients from childhood through older adulthood, specializing in neurodivergent individuals and their families. In addition to his individual work with clients, he also works with interdisciplinary teams in both school and community settings. He is an advocate for his clients and when needed, helps translate their needs to family and systems alike. He is a Clinical Leader of an Animal-Assisted therapy organization and has created therapeutic programs that integrate exploration of the outdoors.

Martin is a certified ADHD clinician and integrates a wide range of therapy methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Ecotherapy. His focus is on anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, adoption, and stress management. Martin is particularly interested in working with the neurodivergent population and draws on both personal and professional experience to support this community.

I appreciate those who have shied away from traditional therapy, whether they are unsure of its value or didn’t find it helpful in the past. I believe that every individual is unique and no one approach or philosophy will work for everyone.

I will create a space for you to data dump your life’s frustrations, but also help you set goals and create a plan for navigating through tough times. We’ll explore what works for you and build a set of skills so that the next time challenges come along, you are in a better place to resolve them on your own.

I’m passionate about nature and the therapeutic value it holds, especially for people who are intuitive by nature or who want to explore methods beyond talk therapy. Together, we can find ways to integrate nature into your healing process —whether it’s through mindful walks, or connecting to nature in a way that feels right to you.

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors. I am a volunteer Master Naturalist and enjoy sharing my knowledge of nature with others. I love hiking, bird watching and canoeing.
